Kinder Morgan Tales of Wetland Mitigation

COME HEAR CATHY KRISTOFFERSON, OF STOP NED MA, SPEAK ABOUT THIS ON SATURDAY AT THE REGIONAL PIPELINE MEETING IN FITZWILLIAM!

"Last night in Rindge, Kasia Ingram of Kinder Morgan, claimed that FERC restricts their tree clearing to 15' either side of centerline when crossing forested wetland and 10' crossing scrub shrub. This pic is a wetland crossing KM did for their 300 Line project courtesy Northjersey Pipeline Walkers. Sure looks wider than 20' or 30' to me.

Which NH town is next for a KM mitigation dog & pony show? Someone needs to ask Ms. Ingram where that FERC regulation is, is it new, how would this not happen on NED, etc."

- Cathy Krisofferson, Stop NED MA
