Time & Location
About The Event
Lt. Governor Zuckerman is hosting a monthly movie series.
August's movie, Reinventing Power: America's Renewable Energy Boom is a documentary that tells the backstory of clean energy from innovation to installation. Over 50 minutes, viewers will hear directly from the people whose lives were changed because of the clean energy economy. This film explores issues of community access and energy equity; lost jobs and newfound opportunities; economic diversification and household security; reshaping our energy sector and redefining power.
In a panel discussion following the movie, Lt. Governor Zuckerman, members from the Sierra Club and Renewable Energy Vermont, and a local legislator will share progress and opportunities here in Vermont. Questions and comments from the audience are most welcome.
Free and open to the public.
